ANALYSIS OF THE CRUSHING SYSTEM IN THE LUBIN ORE MINE

ABSTRACT
The paper presents results of crushing system analysis, that is being used as subsystem in the Lubin ore mine processing installation. Crushing effect was measured with average particle size in final crushing product of carbonate (I) and sandstone (II) subsystems. Impact of the crushing circuit looping, used for avoid oversize in the final product, as well as effect of modernizing of processing machinery on system efficiency has been studied. Simulations showed that looped circuits, against unlopped, reduce twice the average grain size in the final product.
