ANALYSIS OF THE IMPLEMENTATION AND OPERATION PROBLEMS OF THE FACTORY PRODUCTION CONTROL SYSTEM IN AGGREGATE MINES BASE ON THE EXPERIENCE OF NOTIFIED BODY AFTER IMPEMENTATION OF THE REGULATION NO 305/2011
Institute of Mechanised Construction and Rock Mining is a notified body of the European Union N o 1454, operating mostly on the polish market of aggregates and involved in the conformity assessment of this construction products based on requirements of the Regulation No 305/2011 and other legal and normative records. With extensive experience in carrying out inspections of the factory production control in quarries and gravels the employees of Institute of Mechanised Construction and Rock Mining have extensive knowledge of the problems and ambiguities related to the functioning of the systems. These problems are mainly due to very generally formulated requirements for factory production control in Annexes relevant harmonized standards. In this article we will analyse these requirements in the areas that cause the greatest difficulties for producers and practical ways to meet theme. Further, „good practises” will be discussed which are implemented by manufacturers to improve the soundness of the factory production control.
