Analysis of applicable and new legal regulations relating to mining wastes and theirs impact for rock mining industry

ABSTRACT
This paper presents the analisys of basic legal regulations relating to mining waste, effective in the EU and Poland, and presents the current legislative work on the new implementing regulations. Potential impact of these rules implementation for rock mining industry were described.
