The paper presents basic trends of development of domestic natural crushed aggregates supply in the last twenty years. Changes of the assortment structure of their production were analysed in detail, taking into account increasing importance of aggregates made of granite, amphibolite-migmatite and sedimentary rocks. The basic changes in the geographic structure of crushed aggregates production in Poland were also characterized, especially development of their production in the eastern part of Dolnoslaskie Voivodeship and eastern part of (wi!tokrzyskie Voivodeship. Importance of ownership consolidation for the development of crushed aggregates production was stressed. Competitiveness and importance of aggregates coming from the neighbouring countries were also taken into account.
