ABSTRACT
Well-planned mining business is characterized by the knowledge about the way of ending at the starting point of this activity. Those elements should be included mine reclamation and liquidation. These two processes are important for the profitability of investment which is mineral extraction and it is the environmental protection and geological and mining legal obligation. This paper explain this issues taking into account the Geological and Mining Low and its executive acts. The authors also asses the new and existing regulations considering their effectiveness in enforcing in the range of mine reclamation. The analysis of low regulations and the authors experience allowed for presentation few theses about the whole process of mine reclamation.
