A new changes in law about mining has introduced 9 February 2015 (Dz.U.2015.196) new solutions for surface mining, which includes changes resulting from the amendment of the Act of 11 July 2014 about Geological and Mining Low and other Acts (Dz.U.2014.1133) and the Act of 7 November 2014 facilitate the exercise of economic activity (Dz.U.2014.1662). Range of changes including the introduction of new elements also has an impact on existing related solutions. The most significant change for the surface mining activity is assign to only one control body to responsibility for illegal exploitation proceedings. The next important amendments are change the opinion proceedings of operating plans, concretion criterion opinion by local government bodies, clarify the organization of blasting work and taking over the supervision by mining supervisor body of every building objects which are located in mining plant boundary. Apart from these positives changes the authors are indicate the need of low stabilization. The article contains synthetic review of other changes which was made and it is attempt to asses new solution impact on all surface mining industry.
