The obligations and the rights of producers of construction products under regulation (EC) No. 305/11 (CPR)

ABSTRACT
On July 1, 2013 in all the EU Member States entered into force a regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) No 305/2011. It introduces harmonised conditions for the placing on the market of construction products and repealed the previous Council Directive 89/106/EEC. Regulation imposed on manufacturers introducing on the market of construction products (including aggregates) new obligations and defined their rights and principles for derogations from the requirements of this document, which briefly discussed in the following article.
