ABSTRACT
On the example of the investment of production facilities construction in Wieśnica quarry a unique model concept of compact aggregates processing & loading system has been presented, that is fully automatized, hermetic, and meets highest quality and environmental standards. An attempt has also been made for classification of spatial models of existing processing facilities and importance of functional use of a production space has been emphasized as a factor affecting the efficiency of the investment projects.
